An easy and delicious four ingredient, low calorie cocktail is calling your name!
I accidentally poured myself my new favorite summer cocktail last week. I wanted something light and refreshing after a long day so I spiked my grapefruit (pamplemousse) La Croix with St. Germain, a splash of lime juice, and tossed in a few cucumber slices. I knew I was mixing up a delicious drink, but this tasted like something being served from an L.A. rooftop and accompanied with a $16 price tag. I knew I had to share this and make these again ASAP.
St. Germain pairs well with citrus and cucumber so it’s not surprising that these drinks taste so good. St. Germain is made from elderflower blossoms and has the perfect amount of sweetness.
The next time you want something that tastes like sweet summer and doesn’t have a ton of calories, try my Sparkling Grapefruit and St. Germain Cocktail.
Ps. this blog post is not sponsored by La Croix but I certainly would not mind if it was or if they sent me a year supply of pamplemousse 🤫 It’s so fruity and delicious! A can is zero calories too! So if you know anyone at La Croix, you know where to send them…
- 2.5 ounces St. Germain
- 7.5 ounces La Croix grapefruit (pamplemousse)
- the juice from one small lime (about 1 ounce)
- sliced cucumbers
- Add St. Germain, La Croix, and lime juice to a shaker. Shake and pour over ice.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and lime, enjoy!
Cheers! I hope you’ll give these tasty drinks a try the next time you want something light and practically guilt free to drink. I’ll be inside hiding from the heat and drinking these tasty cocktails.

I have a bottle of St. Germain so will definitely be trying this recipe. I make a gimlet variation with 1 part Hendrick’s gin, 1/2 part St. Germaine and juice of 1 lime (plus sprig of mint if I have it). Shake with ice, serve straight and top with club soda.

Mmmm, that sounds delicious as well! Hendricks is my favorite kind of gin and you can never go wrong with lime and mint!
