While Tina & I were in Texas we spent on Saturday at Don Munn’s Rafter M Cutting Horses & Cattle Co. located in Hempstead, Texas.
The ranch was beautiful & of course I went camera crazy; we rode horses in the morning (my first time on a cutting horse) & enjoyed an early St. Patrick’s Day celebration with amazing ribs & stuffed jalapenos. The weather was awesome & everything was so peaceful & quiet.
Oh hey there!
Our fabulous “western safari” driver, Sidney.
Jake wanted to run along side us while we drove through the pastures.
Cattle grazing.
One of two windmills on the ranch.
Being clean is overrated, especially for Paints.
Anderson Bean boots in action on the ranch.
BEFORE.
Yes, the tack room door revolves to the outside, pretty cool.
They seemed unimpressed by the camera.
The lake.
Until next time Texas.
And in case you missed it, we stopped at Pinto Ranch while in Houston – See the tour here.
