Welcome to Monday!
Today’s post is going out to Laura, she emailed me earlier this week about her boot search & she is in the market for a new pair of Old Gringo boots (lucky girl). So today I must vicariously shop through Laura. The above Old Gringos are boots that Laura already has – Lucky in both Chocolate & Black. These boots are gorgeous & go with everything, that’s why Laura picked them.
The new pair of Old Gringo boots must be different, stand out & still be able to be worn with a variety of colors.
Below are a few choices that I thought could be an option, I picked out three styles all with different tops.
These are the Old Gringo Evette Vesuvio boots, my first choice. Black & brown goes with everything & the combination of these two colors on a boot really pops. I love the details on the boot & its straight cut across the top, they don’t look like your typical cowboy boot that everyone else has. The boots are classy & can be dressed up or down, these beauties are from Allen’s Boots.
My second choice is a bit more colorful. These are the Old Gringo Zarape boots in bone from Allen’s Boots. With colors like red, blue, turquoise, green & orange already incorporated in the boot you have tons of room to work with lots of colors. You can try wearing these with a red dress for a wow effect or just wear jeans & a cream sweater. Bone also goes with black or brown so again you can really get a lot of outfit options.
And finally there are these, I’ve admired them for a long time. The Old Gringo Taka boots found at Allen’s Boots are beautiful. The studded details are elegant & fun.
Happy boot shopping Laura, you will have to let us know what boot your do end up getting!
