Life is always evolving, and moving is one of those big and unavoidable changes everyone has to face. I’ve moved from Cleveland to Brooklyn, to Santa Monica, to Silver Lake, to Glendale in less than four years. It’s possible that I’m one of the most efficient packers around, I often joke. Moving provides a huge challenge because I’m a homebody, home is my sanctuary and it needs to feel cozy and well designed in order for me to be productive, especially since I work from home. It can be tough finding affordable furniture that I actually like! It seems like I always have champagne taste on a beer budget.
I’m thrilled to team up with CORT Furniture Clearance Center to talk about moving, decorating, and creating a beautiful home on a budget. CORT provides solutions to make moving transitions easier. CORT offers furniture rental – it’s a perfect solution for short term situations and, getting nice furniture without breaking the bank. After this, pieces are sold at CORT Furniture Clearance Center and find new permanent homes.
I recently visited the CORT Furniture Clearance Center by my house in Glendale. I was very impressed with the quality of their pieces and the prices! The staff members at CORT were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t go in and tell them I was a blogger, I shopped and experienced the store like a normal customer. They have tons of furniture and something for everyone, no matter what your style is.
Above, shelfie game on point! This shelf was a perfect example of something I wanted to take home with me. Can you imagine how many horse statues and cacti plants I could fit here?
CORT Furniture Clearance Center is an affordable and fun place to shop. If you’ve been a long time follower of mine, you know how much I obsess over interiors. I spotted several pieces at CORT Furniture Clearance Center that I wanted to take home! The prices were jaw dropping and everything was in pristine condition, even Adam was impressed. He wanted to buy a new office chair, I’m pretty sure we will be going back to pick it up sooner than later.
If you have recently moved or are in the market for a new couch or big pieces of furniture, I would start with CORT. For more great ideas on furniture and decorating, visit the CORT Blog.
CORT has locations around the United States so shopping there is easy! They offer delivery and can provide an easy shopping experience. They sell sofas, chairs, rugs, accessories, bedroom and mattress sets, lamps, and so much more! Their prices are at up to 70% off new prices.
This colorful tiled cabinet was so fun! It’s a little bit modern, a little mid-century. It made me stop and say, “where could I put this…”
If you are thinking about upgrading some of furniture or just moved to a new location, consider visiting a CORT Furniture Clearance Center for awesome options!
Ps. all photos were taken during my visit!
