It has been two weeks since I have been blogging full-time & one of my goals for the year is to do more on site visits of places, stores & designer headquarters. Up first is the trip I took to Rebecca Ray Designs because thankfully, she is just a short drive away.
I have admired Rebecca’s work for a while & you might remember when I visited the sample sale last summer; you can read that post here. This time I captured some of the decor in throughout the office, products & sat down with Rebecca.
Rebecca has always been passionate about animals & has grown up riding & showing her family’s English Setters. She captures those passions with Rebecca Ray Designs.
Rebecca had just gotten back into town from showing at the Westminster in New York with her dogs & was nice enough to take the time out of her busy schedule. Being a wife, mom & successful business owner is no easy task.
Rebecca has a love for vintage items and also has a dedicated place on her website for selling one of a kind vintage items.
Vintage trophies and silver pieces can be found throughout the office.
A desk of productivity.
Vintage books full of inspiration.
Leather bit cuffs in assorted colors.
Vintage ribbons and brochures from The Westminster Kennel Club.
Dogs and horses will always be a huge part of pieces at Rebecca Ray Designs.

Rebecca lives in Chagrin Falls with her husband Derek (above with Tinsel) & daughter Elizabeth. And of course their horses & show dogs.
The rest of Rebecca’s equine crew; Camlyn, Tequila, Tinsel & Licorice.
Rebecca’s favorite designer is Ralph Lauren, she likes khaki, chestnut, red, hunter green, yellow & orange colors. Design wise, she likes things to have a crisp, clean edge & believes their products are traditional with a twist.
Designing new products is Rebecca’s favorite part of the job & the business has basically been built by hand with Rebecca & her small staff doing everything. In the future more men’s products & table top is something Rebecca would like to expand upon.
The equestrian trend is very popular right now but while fads come & go Rebecca’s collections will remain the top-tier of equestrian & sporting lifestyle products. You don’t have to own a horse or a dog to be interested in wearing or owning Rebecca’s products.
I took a lot of photos during my trip, in fact I’m creating a new Pinterest board titled “Horses & Heels Travels” where I will be pinning more photos today from my trip.
Feel free to comment below with any questions about photos in the slide show.
