These Cucumber Lime Margaritas are a delicious and refreshing cocktail you can enjoy by the batch with family and friends. Tangy lime and cool cucumbers combine to make your new favorite margarita. Try this easy recipe at home the next time a craving for margaritas strikes!
If I had to decide between vodka or tequila for the rest of my life, it would be an easy decision – tequila wins. I love experimenting with new margarita recipes. It’s mild enough to pair with other flavors, but does an amazing job standing on its own.
This is an easy batch drink that you make in the blender. I also serve it with a salted chipotle rim for a little kick, it’s fantastic and it looks pretty.
Chances are you have everything you need to make these drinks on hand. All you need is frozen limeade concentrate, ice, cucumber, tequila, and Triple Sec.
- 1 12 ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
- 10 ounces tequila
- 6 ounces Triple Sec
- 2 cups chopped and peeled cucumber
- 3 cups ice
- lime and cucumber slices for garnish
- Salt – sugar – chipotle for the rim
- Add limeade, tequila, Triple Sec, cucumber, and ice to a blender. Puree until smooth and serve!
- Consider a mixture of salt or sugar with chipotle for the rim of each glass. Wet the rim with lime juice and dip the glasses into the sugar/salt combination.
- Garnish with lime and cucumber slices.
Any margarita recipe can easily be turned into a popsicle. Consider freezing these margaritas into popsicle molds to make adult popsicles. You’ll always have a margarita in the freezer ready to be enjoyed.
