This rosé sangria puts a spin on a classic with peach brandy, raspberry lemonade, fresh strawberries, raspberries, and lemons. The juicy sangria has just the right amount of sweetness and tart flavor.
Traditional sangria is great, but this yummy combination of raspberry and rosé will have you friends requesting double and triple batches. I made this sangria for Valentine’s Day with the husband. Adam made me dinner as a special treat. I whipped up this sangria the night before and kicked up my feet while he cooked.
You can use any kind of rosé for this recipe but I used 14 Hands because I like their wine and horses of course. 14 Hands wines are inspired by the unbridled spirit of the wild horses that once freely roamed eastern Washington.
The recipe was even a little more special to me because I used home grown lemons right from the yard. These are Eureka lemons. Our potted tree produced 12 lemons this year and it looks like next year is going to yield and even bigger crop. Nothing beats the taste of homegrown citrus.
- 1 750 ml bottle of rosé
- 1 cup 8oz peach brandy
- 24 oz raspberry lemonade
- 8 oz strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz raspberries
- 3 lemons, sliced
- Combine the rosé, brandy, lemonade, and fruit in a large pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
This recipe will give you six glasses of sangria. If you are you throwing a large gathering, I recommend doubling or tripling the batch.
