Tis the season for fresh citrus!

I love the current fruit situation at our local grocery store. There are so many varieties of fresh citrus available and the grapefruit is excellent. I was inspired to look for a new way to enjoy grapefruit juice with a twist. Enter the mocktail, a non-alcoholic drink that’s still fun to drink.

These mocktails are the perfect way to enjoy fresh citrus and try new flavors. I plan on making some for my next girls day because a lot of my friends are either kicking drinking after the holidays or giving it up for lent.
