Summer reading is something I used to do all the time, lately it’s a struggle just to read my emails. However I did just finish In The Reins, a western book by Carly Kade. It was a great book and I was sad when it was over (and wanting to read the second book).
There are so many talented authors who write equestrian themed books so I thought I would feature a handful incase you are searching for a good read.

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I love all things Horses & Heels. I love your blog and can’t wait to see your Friday updates come through my email. I am so excited and honored that ‘In The Reins’ made your summer reading round up! I am giddy in my cowgirl boots today. The header picture with the golden horse shoe is so pretty. Thank you!
